Standard Configuration

Custom Vac CV85 Vacuum System (Tri-Drive Mounted)

Design:

This vessel is designed to withstand 14.9 PSI internal and external pressure (full vacuum). Not for use of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods.

Debris Tank 13 m³ (2860 Imp Gal +/-3% Outage):

  • 72″ Diameter x 15’ seam to seam
  • 3 stage telescopic hydraulic hoist cylinder
  • Full opening hydraulic lift rear door c/w locking style top hinge and 6 pin wheel door locks
  • Liquid level indicator on the D/S c/w indicator
  • Rear door top lock assembly and tank safety post
  • One bolted baffle
  • 8″ Primary internal shutoff SS float ball and rubber seat assembly with 6″ flanged outlet
  •  
  • 4” Brass lever valve and aluminum camlock/cap D/S
  • 6” Betts pneumatically operated discharge valve c/w aluminum cap (Center). Equipped with flip style valve operation at the valve.
  • All valves are heated.
  • 4” plumbing throughout
  • 4” Oil and Gas loop hose
  • Hydraulically driven Fruitland RCF 870 Rotary Vane Pump
